Classic confectionery in modern trend in theoretical and practical teaching

The bachelor's thesis "Classic confectionery products in a modern trend in theoretical and practical teaching" focuses on a basic division into Macaroon products and Pavlov's desserts and their description. The main part contains a description of new ingredients, technological procedures and the production of Macarons and Pavlova desserts and their decoration. The thesis contains the confectionery production development and history and the difference between classic and modern confectionery. In my work, I present the use of new gluten-free and lactose-free raw materials and semi-finished products that are used in confectionery production. The practical part describes the use of new raw ingreadients in professional training and practice kitchen. A survey of pupils from two schools is presented and also my own confectionery work. The co-operative teaching and the development of key competences at 1st grade of a primary school.

This thesis deals with co-operative teaching and the development of social, personnel and problem-solving competence at the first stage of primary school. The aim of this thesis is to find out how does the co-operative teaching contribute, as an organisational form, to the development of these key competences. The thesis is divided in theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part is based on a set of literature, which is presented at the end of the thesis. This part introduces competentional model according to RVP. It closer defines specific competences and deals with organisational forms of teaching. It describes the role of co- operative teaching in the development of key competencies, social, personnel and problem- solving competencies. In the practical part there is a qualitative-quantitative research implemented, which is divided into three parts. The first part is devoted to a qualitative survey, participatory observation of pupils in the 2nd year of elementary school. It is focused on planning, realisation, description and summarisation of series of co-operative teaching lessons, which evolve social and personal competences as well as competences to solve problems. Pupil Education at Practice Two Years School

Diploma thesis Education of Practical school pupils is focused on observation pupils school achievements in two key subjects, it is Food preparation and Health education. Pupils take the final theoretical and practical exams. They obtain a certificate of studies completion and food preparation for auxiliary work qualifications. The target of this work is monitoring and recording the course of the lessons and performance of these pupils. There are two pupils who are the main participants of the study. The aim of the task is to refer about possibility of rising problems and its solutions. It is about the pupils tuition with autism, moderate mental retardation and speech development by one of them and with Asperger syndrome and mild mental retardation. Through the long-term observation of both pupils in the educational process the thesis offers possible solutions and prevention of failures or complications, in getting the required key competencies pointing towards passing the final exam and getting involved in a working process or to continue at a vocational school. Teaching of the Local Region at the Second Grade of Elementary School on the Example of Trhosvinensko Region

Submitted thesis titled "Teaching of the Local Region at the Second Grade of Elementary School on the Example of Trhosvinensko Region" is composed of a theoretical and a practical part. The theoretical part is interested in the characteristic of the local region and its position in educational areas. The practical part summarizes the findings gained on the basis of empirical research of ways of teaching at elementary schools and at the lower grades of grammar schools. In accordance with the research I try to suggest my own conception of teaching Trhosvinensko region (the methods of teaching, the excursion, the educational project and workbooks) that is based on the Framework Education Programme for Basic Education.

My thesis is named Teaching the Local Region the Second Grade of Primary School in Heřmanův Městec and Třemošnice and is divided into theoretical and practical parts. The theoretical part is focused on position of this topic in educational sphere. Emphasis is put on the performance of key competences and some parts of my thesis are joined with sectional topics. The practical part summarizes actual findings about teaching methods at local primary schools, based on empirical investigation. The practical part includes my own proposal of curricullum conception. My thesis is intended for teachers at primary schools and in lower stages of grammar schools.

Bachelor work is dealing with key competences by preschool aged children. I am focusing on competence to learning and its building-up in kindergarten environment. In the theoretic part of my work I am explaining concept of competence, I am adverting to connection between key competences and Lisbon process, I am limiting competences in General educational program for preschool education and in the supporting health curriculum of kindergarten. I am dealing with methods, which are leading to develop key competence to learning. The practical part of my work is based on realization of made experimental program, which is developing key competence to learning. This program can serve as enrichment of education offer of preschool educators by development of competence to learning.

The topic of this dissertation reflects the current situation in Czech educational system after the new educational act has been passed in 2005. It clarifies the concepts of educational reforms and school curriculum documents. It also explains new terms, mainly the key competence and profile topics and their position in school educational programmes it focuses on environmental education. It presents the conclusions of a research of this profile topic in practice of elementary schools of south bohemia region. It sums up the experience of a pilot school and its establishment {--} the ecology education centre.
Practice requirements on competences of recent graduates of management fields

In my thesis I am dealing with the problem of identifying the key competences, which are required by praxis from recent graduates of management. First target of the thesis, identifying the key managerial competences, which are in general required from recent graduates by employers, is contained in theoretical part of the thesis by using content analysis of available sources. Thereafter, using a research I tried to determine the level of development of identified competences at Faculty of management and which other competences should be developed. The last target was an examination of compatibility of identified competences with competence requirements of specific employer, which I fulfilled in discussion with selected employers and with following summarization of mediate information. Findings of this thesis carry a weight for Faculty of management in the area of proper focus on education innovation and for students it is important to know the praxis requirements and further consideration of their preparedness after the graduation in order to better preparedness and efficiency of study.
